The homeowner states that after receiving several bids to remodel his bathroom, he chose a contractor that was less expensive than Tile Pro. However, soon after work began, he found that he was also receiving a cheaper quality of work. The homeowner further states that the contractor he originally hired did not work on a consistent basis. For these reasons, the homeowner requested that Tile Pro come in and redo the shower tile to the specifications he had been quoted in their scope of work.
